Important information:
- The Lisboa Card can be redeemed within 28 days from purchase and only activates on your first use.
- Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery require a time slot. It is not possible to make a booking in advance, before exchanging your voucher for the physical Lisboa Card. Access is subject to the limited number of daily entries available to Lisboa Card holders, in accordance with the monument’s management policy. 2. After your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a voucher via email.
3. Present your email voucher at one of the pick-up locations to exchange it for a physical Lisboa Card. Available locations with addresses and operating hours are listed below.

Sample Itineraries
Start your morning in Belém: head to the stately Jerónimos Monastery and the fascinating National Coach Museum (both free with your card), and snag a pastel de nata at the original Pastéis de Belém along the way. After lunch, hop on a tram and head uphill to the Pilar 7 Bridge Experience or the Lisboa Story Centre for a dose of history. End the day at Saint Jorge Castle for sunset over the city, then jump on Tram 28 through Alfama and enjoy a discounted dinner at one of the participating restaurants.
Add a Sintra day on your second morning. Your card covers the CP train from Rossio (40 min, free), and the fairy-tale Pena Palace is the kind of place you’ll be glad you didn’t skip.
